Apparently in Europe, there is mandatory lookism in job applications. This is retarded, and that's the biggest weak point in lookism I've ever seen. Any win you score against this will raise morale for incels and get people talking about whether your looks should matter in a job where you don't even interact with customers.

But, in order for anything to work, we have to able to do it while remaining anonymous. Here is a sketch of the idea, lmk what you think:

  1. Review sites work because they associate a business or person's name with a potentially negative opinion. They get indexed by search engines and affect their reputation. If they allow the business to reply, then it starts to look very bad for the business to not reply. While they usually reply with corporate word salad, which is not something most people think highly of, this gives them an opportunity to make things worse for themselves, which many do.
  2. Anonymous reviews are acceptable because people understand the likelihood of retaliation. This is even more the case with reviewing employers, because they are known for having blacklists they share with other employers. Glassdoor already popped the cherry on anonymously reviewing employers, then they fucked it up by betraying their users.
  3. Review sites are able to highlight a topic with the questions they ask of reviewers. Imagine a review site for job interviews that specifically asks you to rate how much you think the interviewer cared about looks vs ability to do the job. This would generate a lot of data about the prevalence and impact of lookism.
So the idea is to create a review site where you name and shame lookist companies and the individual interviewers. The goal is for their review page to pop up when you google them. This makes it possible to identify the problem people, avoid them, retaliate against them, etc. Also it will help fellow incels sue for looks discrimination if you can show that the company or interviewer has a history of doing this.
