I think this may actually be illegal but I'm not 100% sure. It'd probably fall under "disturbing the peace" or "threating someone."

I have done this before. When I saw a group of girls I would randomly run past them at maximum speed like a sperg. I have ran multiple times at women. One time i was with a friend lurking in a dark park waiting for a foid to come by and i ran after her in the most creepy way

I can only speak from the UK, as countries like US have very different healthcare system. But anyway, it's not illegal to do some of the things you mentioned but you could get sectioned however.

For those who aren't aware, it means detained for being 'mentally ill' or crazy. As in, locked up in a psychiatric unit.

I do not recommend these. People can (and have) been detained / sectioned especially when as an incel everything you do is viewed a lot more harshly. Don't give soyciety any more reason to lawfully deprive you of what little liberties we have left.
