What is your opinion on this quote? I feel it's valid and I'm saying the opposite is true; For society to exist, men had to torture each other.
Think about it what things men had to or were compelled to sacrifice for building societies?
1. being opponents toward each other (in a state of indirect and invisible conflict) and thus achieve a state of equilibrium in society. Although that's harmful to men, it's beneficial to political elites.
2. The conflict involves from males to suppress each other's sexual activities. Although that's a torment to men, it's beneficial to women.
3. Men must be brainwashed by religion, moral codes, nationalism, and patriarchy. by that they are ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of the state and elites or muh "protection women and children". (Note: What I mean by religion is what is unacceptable to criticize, whether God, Islam, or feminism.)
And the list goes on... (renouncing liberty, hunting, nature, and the tribe.)
Some may say that it was a necessity because the resources were few. Well, now we live in an era of science and technology and there is a relative abundance of resources, but the suffering of males doesn't decrease, but rather increases! If we evaluate the past objectively, we would find those who have benefited most from society were women, elites and the wealthy. So what should we do to rectify the situation?
