I'm gonna start going to the gym again, I am skinny but I have no muscle at all. I am thinking of doing a surplus in between 200-300 kals., so I would be eating around 2300 kals. do you think that is good so I gain muscle slowly while reducing the fat gain?
if you're asking why I even consider bulking, I am lean but have an atrocious frame/body. and being lean didn't change anything in attracting foids so I might as well gain some muscle .
