Justice is just some BS normie concept moral absolutists like to believe in to stroke their ego, there is no justice, all justice is, is a convenient veil to place over revenge, so it looks more palatable to the average person, who deep down really see's the world as black and white despite how much they go on and on about how "nuanced" life is

Think about it, lets say a family member is brutally murdered, having the murderer serve a life sentence doesn't bring that person back, doesn't undo the pain they experienced before death, it doesn't actually do anything at all, because you can't undo an event, it happened, the end. That life sentence is just a means to preserve order and prevent retaliation from the family because they themselves want to punish the murderer, its just a way for dole revenge for the public so that the public can feel good about it

Notice the wording that is used - "You can't take justice into your own hands", what is actually meant by that line is "You can't take revenge into your own hands", because if everyone can seek out their own revenge, then that can cause civil unrest, and people can be wrongly killed, etc, which will lead to more revenge

"Justice" is just humans coping, trying to bring a sense of structure and order to the world around them, and keep other humans "in line"

JUSTICE IS THE CLOTHING THAT IS FORCIBLY DRAPED OVER REVENGE SO NORMIES DON'T HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN FEELING VINDICATED AND FEELING "MORALLY GOOD"

I believe being rightful is best

High IQ post tbh. The normie idea of "justice" is just revenge they can feel good about, where they can tell themselves that they're somehow better than those whom they condemn.

The concept of justice is based on the premise of protecting the innocent. The problem is that innocence is decided by popular opinion, so popular (attractive) people and society's protected class (women) will always be right, and outcasts will always be wrong.

Justice is not about protecting the innocent, infact the implication of the term justice is said innocent has already been harmed (you can't protect them after the fact), justice is about trying to "right a wrong", punish someone for a wrong they had committed in a manner that is "fair"

You can't "bring justice" in a scenario where nobody was wronged, it has nothing to do with protection

Its just an excuse to moralize the satisfaction that comes from violence

I would argue that morality is ironically one of the most evil things in existence, one should have to validate their thoughts and actions based on logic, not based on some arbitrary standard of "good" or "evil", that's dangerous, because nothing is more tyrannical than an evil that has convinced itself it is "just" or "good", it will be unwavering

yes, the point of "public justice" is to avoid a never ending spiral of revenge, since every person is bonded to other people the possibilities of entering a loop are high.
