I actually did track in HS, the sprinting events, and was decent. It was an alright cope, but I haven't ran since then. Yeah, if I was going to run, I'd just do it outside.

You could take the NPCpill. It helped with my social anxiety. I don't think of other humans as people anymore, but instead as NPCs that exist to be moved around. Sometimes, I'm doubtful whether they even bleed the same colour as me.
