For breakfast should I have toast or paratha

Paratha is a crispy round nice Indian thing. Toast will be with raspberry jam and cheese and honey on the other one. Cut in slices and dunk in tea.

Paratha may be with fried egg. Although I eat a lot of fried stuff so maybe with scrambled egg.

Well I know a tareli roti where you do it with butter in a pan crispy and also I do rotis on the fire and make them crispy then put some butter and sugar but I don't like it that much any more I'd rather eat paratha
