Back in the day there was something in the news called Munchausen syndrome by proxy. These women would make their children ill, all for sympathy and attention. Poison them, sicken them - and then act like they didn’t know what was wrong.

There was also a big thing called ‘sudden infant death syndrome’ which was supposedly random, but was mostly women murdering their babies.

Men get all the attention with mass shootings, bar fights - activities which create a lot of noise and blood and evidence.

But evil women are subtle. They can be nurses who ‘get the medication wrong’ and kill the patient.
