If we want to be play the egalitarian game, then the one who initiates the divorce shouldn't be entitled to any of the possesions. If this was the case, foids wouldn't intiate divorces. They do it for monetary gain in this system (and of course to become hoes, because monogamy isn't "exciting and thrilling")

But ideally, yes, divorces shouldn't be a thing at all. I don't think the foid should have any say in who she gets married to also. In Japan, divorces are looked down upon. Many foids who in western countries would pursue a divorce, instead hide their resentment of their husbands and fantasize about killing them.
