For a man to be considered attractive, he has to go to the gym and exercise for years, eat the right diet to gain muscle, be born with the right skeletal frame (tall, wide shoulders), be born with an attractive face, have good mental health, have a good career and social skills etc.

Most of what is expected from women is that they don't become fat hogs, and seemingly most of them can't even do that. But then again when hard work isn't expected from you and it is not actually required from you to be attractive, then you can let yourself go. Even a 200 pound woman probably gets more attention from men than a chadlite gets from women.

Yeah basically that’s it, don’t get fat, it’s really not hard if you have some discipline, but time and time again tutorial mode makes them think they are fully invincible, and because there are a lot of simps juggernaut law is somewhat of a thing unfortunately.
