12 AM exercise time : all the foids must be raped for 1 hours without breaking to make them more endurant and run 1000 miles OR they melt into an gooey puddle of toliet and human flesh.

13 PM : diner : a mix of smegma pee shit and pubic hair

14 PM to 15 PM : they must get their vagina washed other wise the prison will smell like fish yes a 2 hour cleaning session is necessary

16 PM : foids much watch videos on how to give the average male a chance since their chad worship is getting out of hand

17 PM : escape game all the foids must hide from the guards if the guards were to catch them they can do whatever they want to them

18 to 20 PM : all the foids must endure physical torture

22 to 23 PM : sleeping time
