I'm wondering how incels that work in IT spaces and ect cope with the fact that there are some many foids nowadays.

Legit how you can cope with it? Back in the day this was a men field only men used to do this and men were good at it, but now there're so many mileniuams foids that its ropefuel.

Back in thr 1990s tech, computers, video games and ect were male dominated, only men used to do it.

But then foids from the 2000s the "muh im so different from other the girls, I want to play LOL and WOW" (even Elliot talked about it how it ruined the spaces) and they as well started learning code and gaming.

I used to work in such environment and the only way you can really cope with it is by competence mogging them

People will still try to bully you but if you create paper trails (and record ppl, depending on jurisdiction), there's really not much they can do besides bullying you into quitting. the classic way they try to get you is by bullying you so that your mental health takes a hit and so that you actually make a mistake that they can leverage against you. if u competence mog them and stick to yourself, it's still hellish house nigger environment but you can at least survive

I work in IT and my boss is a foid as well as a good amount of my coworkers. They are all fat and married somehow and it disgusts me to see. I am forced to interact with them everyday and it's all so tiresome to have a fake smile all the time around them. They arent even good at their job but since foids are maxxxed out in people skills, they are "required".
