It's hard but you can aquire it with time, step by step, obviously it will feel very forced at the first or second time, but after years of training it will become more and more your second nature, you can start by just being a pittle bit assholish, then go on from there, babies step at the start, then increases the speed of progress as you gain more thug habits. Not saying it's easy but it's doable with perseverance and courage, again i repeat this : IT WILL feel forced and very hard at the start, any change of routine outside of confort zone feel hard at the start, don't extrapolate this level of difficulty to the futur as it becomes easier when you gain habit and routine.

Dude, there are corrupt politicians everywhere. But actual corruption went significantly down since the 90's. Back then so many normal people: policemen, doctors etc were corrupt, it was like on Ukraine now. But nowadays corruption went much lower, mostly because of many good changes. Since 90's Poland standard of living growed HUGE, it's mostly because communism was never in hearts of Poles so we needed not that long to shake it off. You know how it was in communism, people didn't work hard because what's the point if they don't fire you, and everybody get more or less the same salary. People didn't care about their evnironment too. Now even just driving around Poland you see huge changes - people care about how their homes looks, how their garden looks - it's a pleasant thing to drive around people, everything is so clean and tidy now.
Lot of people emmigrated right after access to EU, but I was a little bit to young then. Dunno maybe I would emmigrated too if I was few years older. Unemployment was huge(it was ~25% in my region!), now it's below 6%. Salaries are still low, average person after taxes earns maybe 700 USD I think? But if you are good in IT or electric or something you can earn 1000 USD after one year, no problem. Problem is that houses and apartments are expensive as fuck, and rent too. I live with my parents actually. Mostly because I would have to pay 50% of my wage just for rent+utilities, not to mention I like my family so I prefer to live with them.
It's also amazing how cleaner and safer Poland became in last 20 years. I was sometimes afraid walking through projects in 90's, but now everything is safe and clean(I mean you can get attacked everywhere even in safest place in the world, but I'm talking about statistics and my subjective view).

The only thing that get much much worse are women. Also rulling party is nationalistic and conservative but also socialistic when it comes to economy. They introduced welfare for just having kids etc. A lot of problem know that's a big problem, but politicians from that party are pretty smart(well at least guy who is in charge there). They know they can just win again if they will be against rapefugges and shit like that.Up until now, there was almost no social programs. I almost always vote for conservative capitalistic party.

I would say that nowadays Poland is a little bit better place to live than Russia, because climate is a little bit warmer(of course Russia is big country, Soczi and Vladivostok have almost nothing in common in terms of climate, but I quess if you move to Russia it's usually Moscov or St. Petersburg), and standard of living is a little bit higher + it's much closer to Serbia. On the other hand as Serbian I quess it would be much easier to learn russian, and you are more familiar with orthodox culture.
