doesn't work like that. Seeking care for abortion isn't like a high demand thing and sexual health doctors and clinics aren't a rare thing (I'm just speaking for my state though, so perhaps in some cases in third world countries or states with anti abortion laws it is a harder thing to get done). There's also two forms of abortion, medical and surgical. medical is just some pills that makes them have a self induced miscarriage at home (no appointment needed outside of seeing a doctor about the pills) and surgical is a fairly quick process, giving the space for more appointments than you'd think.

Looking at this foid I can tell you she'd be a very high risk pregnancy, the baby would not get the food it needs and she probably couldn't even carry it to term. She was certainly someone that NEEDED an abortion and I'm glad she got it, I fear for that childs physical/mental condition and it's upbringing. No child should suffer because their mother was forced to stay pregnant with them.
