There would still be war and conflict without women. Because humans are naturally competitive and want things at the expense of others and that breeds hostility and violence. Disputes and altercations happen even without women present and can be purely about ego and wanting to have the monopoly on the truth. All the infighting in the manosphere and heated arguments incels get into with each other (bluepilled incels versus blackpilled incels, blackpilled incel versus another blackpilled incel) are proof of this.
