She would’ve only continued to interfere in Walt and Jesse’s business and friendship.

Also Walt knew Jane and Jesse were extremely bad for eachother as a couple in that just being around eachother encouraged them to use drugs.

Walt knew/intuitively felt one or both of them would be dead eventually from drug overdose should the relationship be allowed to continue so he chose not to save Jane as it’s easier to just let her die than try and talk a deeply in love man out of a relationship that’s clearly bad for him.
