Women don't want to be seen as rude, so they'll use words like "creepy" that are more hard to define so they'll shift the blame to the person who is "being a creep." Of course if the guy is genuinely going around and doing creepy things like touching women or shit like that then he is creepy. But the fact of the matter is that women use the word creepy even for guys who are completely minding their own business and not even acknowledging women in any way. Women absolutely hate ugly men and they want these men to die, its a visceral form of hatred, just like when someone sees a spider on their hand they'll suddenly jolt, that's womens reaction to ugly men. They want to kill you.
