Because guys like you are a danger to road traffic and especially to me as a pedestrian when they're fiddling with their stupid smartphones while driving. That garbage is rightly prohibited here. Besides, you're only 18 years old, which means you have hardly any driving experience and massively overestimate your driving skills, like many guys your age.
