Ah.. ya blacks we are doing it right.. supplements for the pregnant black women. And in many areas 3 meals a day at school with the full nutrition needed.

Funny thing is it is cheaper honestly. Like they were showing all the problems of kids who didn't get enough nutrition. And these meals are like $3 a meal or something, so $10 a day for 3 meals.
