That first comment isn't simping. They acknowledge that the female is in the wrong whilst simultaneously pointing out the fact that what these contractors are doing may be legally risky.

This is of course so typical. They simply want to create work artificially, for a judge etc., this way.
The men did the right thing and if she really does not have the money to pay them, she neither will have the money to sue them. xD
But for them, they have made a significant loss anyway.
They've worked, paid for the concrete, torn it apart and all of that for no pay.
Knowing the courts and how gynocentric this shithole is the judge will fuck them over and side with the foid
Hopefully, they put something in the contract, that allows them to do that otherwise they could be punished for property damage.
