I disagree. In 3rd-person RE games, you are watching your character from a distance instead of being the character. This creates a safer, less confrontational experience, which is more passive and therefore more foidish. First-person RE is direct and personal, which feels more intense and more masculine. Also, RE8 is similar to RE4. The only difference is that it is in first person and focuses a bit more on survival.
