The 19th Amendment was basically the devs nerfing INT builds severely and making PWR and DEF build so meta that you literally might as well uninstall the game if your character wasn't created with those stats nearly maxxed out.

They aren't as strong as they used to be. Most of them are used as support characters now.
I wish STR and DEF remained completely useless, the game was superior without them.

Just alienate the vast majority of your userbase to appeal to a select small group of players theory pewpew.
They made the PWR and DEF builds OP and nerfed the INT builds so the foids who played the game can just run support for chads and get carried by the male support builds.

Well, the new Beta Uprising game is still in development.
That shit is never going to come out, it has the same chance of coming out as Portal 3 pewpew.
If the devs don't make it, some modders might release an unlicensed standalone.
