None of this was ever about harassment(unless an ugly did it) & instead simply was just done to reflect the nature of foids, which is that they're simply individuals who always want the world to be centered around them: Genuinely, they don't care about any form of "mistreatment" they suffer, rather they want to let us know they're the ones pulling the strings.
