Update on thread asking if i should make a thread on what happened

I had just got home from buying goyslop when i found the mail lady at the door knocking. I took out my key and offered to take the parcels but she said "you might wanna open the door first or you'll have your hands full" and then we did that polite small talk laugh as I jovially concurred. Then i realized my cream colored teeth were showing and from that angle she could see my recessed chin, flat maxilla and receding hairline.

Immediately my body shut down. I had committed the mortal sin of smiling in public while being an ugly subhuman. I could not be forgiven. Its disgusting. Im disgusting.

With my mood destroyed i went inside and have been lying in bed since thinking about what I did. I haven't even opened the parcels yet. I think one of them is a book.

This was my first non neutral interaction with a foid in over a year. Back then i was wageslaving and gymceling - I had accepted my fate as a genetic garbage heap and moved on. But now im a recluse whose T levels have been shot down to the underworld. Everything bothers me. Its all very sad.
