Also reschedule an appointment with a different doctor.
Hopefully they'll listen more and if they find something on your leg. Include that in your complaint + review, then she's more likely to be reprimanded

I've experienced multiple situations like this with foids.
Everytime i got badly hurt and was in horrific pain or sick, for example fever + diarharrea + vomiting - foids were telling me that i'm crybaby or i simulate disease (yeah, i'm so good at simulating that i can produce on demand wet shit simultaneously with vomits).
