We don't see the attacker's face, but judging from build, hair and skin tone I think she's probably Russian. Paper nationality maybe Ukrainian, someone in the comments says they're Ukrainian. The language is Russian anyway.

Disclaimer as always for my translations: Russian is not my first language. I don't catch everything. I also can't tell accents apart hardly at all.
