Foid avi haters completely miss what an avatar even is. A pfp isn’t a literal reflection of your irl identity. It’s just digital self expression, something you think looks cool or funny. People use animals, dragons, game characters all the time without believing they are those things. Maybe it’s a favorite character, an art style they like, or just eye candy. Sometimes it’s ironic. It’s not a 1:1 declaration of gender or identity.
The idea that a ''real man'' must only use male avatars reeks of insecurity. If your masculinity is actually solid, you don’t need a pfp constantly validating it for you. Getting threatened by anime girl pixels says way more about the critic than the person using the avi. It's just projection. They feel weak, so they assume everyone else does too.
Tbh, obsessing over other users avatars is the real tell. Confident men usually have better things to do.
