She called the police on him but ended arrested after crying “rape” didn’t work
Deputies arrested an Orlando woman over the weekend after accusing her of sexually assaulting a man with autism in the Florida Keys at least three times in 2022, according to an arrest warrant obtained by Local 10 News on Tuesday.
Amanda Rose Brooks, 36, became pregnant with the victim’s child after she raped him — and that she falsely claimed that she was victimized.
The relationship between Brooks and the alleged victim is not disclosed in order to protect his identity.
The warrant states that investigators became aware of what happened after Brooks called the sheriff’s office in June 2022 claiming to be the victim of sexual assault by the victim and another man.
Deputies said investigators determined the following month that the man was the victim in the case and that Brooks had sexually assaulted him “several times.”
The warrant states that the man, who “could not have consented to these acts,” told Brooks “no” and “stop” during one of the assaults.
At one point, deputies allege that Brooks told the man to “be quiet” and “not tell anyone” and that the assaults were OK because they “made her feel good.”
Authorities said a DNA test later showed that the victim fathered her child as a result of one of the rapes.
