I was walking outside when a coomskin foid noticed me from a distance and kept saying, “Excuse me, excuse me, excuse me.” I wasn’t sure why she kept repeating it, since I was making and holding eye contact to show that I’d noticed her and was willing to listen.

Lookswise, looked MTB and late 20s.

As she got closer, I realised she was a crack head. I felt very uncomfortable. Her teeth were dark and she seemed somewhat erratic. I couldn't understand what she was saying. I didn't want to tell her that I couldn't understand her, as I was afraid she might get frustrated and start acting ferral, as I am a sensitivecel.

I just said, “No, sorry,” and kept walking.

She then started walking behind me, though not closely

If I had to guess what she was saying, I think she lost her dog, or something, but I genuinely could not understand anything she was saying.
