Confront females like this about it and then they'll go on about how often they feel depressed or x issue or y problem in their life, but fuck all of that. Their words mean nothing. Their actions and body language (even for those of us with the 'tism) are so obvious that it's clear she is giga ultra privileged despite being below average sans obesity.
