I am an aromantic Incel, and from my point of view I can tell you that Hating yourself or trying to improve your looks won't help you, you can improve a bit and there (I am 5'11 and would rate myself a sub5) but the real issue is with the women who will always chase HTN+ and will look at them every chance they have. For me personally I found a way to escape this LDAR and accept that I will die alone, but I love doing martial arts and I am interested in cars, and with that I can help myself focusing on other things rather than doing LDAR and trying everything to get a Foid to like me,if you shift your focus to real goals you can escape this cycle,I hope somebody out there can understand me and might change his life

I cant i want too but i cant i dream of hugging them and kissing them. I wanna hold hands with a girl and walk down the beach.
