yeah, for sure, I just did them at the climax of the song to get pumped up. i don't think i take more than a second or so to do a pushup, maybe a second and a half.I would be done with the push ups before the song gets going around 1:25.

The way I maxxed my amount of push ups is different. Basically with every push up I count a dead whore as if a whore dies with every push up so it gives me more willpower, I got 85 push ups in 1 set with that method.

i wish there was a better way but you pretty much need to force yourself a few days in a row and after resting you should gain one or two repsI can only do 10 ill try new methods

Not many anymore, my right elbow is fucked up and I have to put most of the weight on my left arm(which isn't my dominant arm), so they're nearly twice as difficult for me as they used to be, and I'm out of shape. Usually I'll do a few sets, but it depends upon whether or not I'll be getting other exercise for those muscles on any given day.how many pushups can you do
