I code an average of 7-8 hours on most days. 3-4 hours for work(other 4 hours are planning or meetings). 3-4 hours grinding for coding interviews(I have to grind this on weekends as well).

Cause i get off from work(partime) and it's incredibly hard for me to learn new stuff, if i manage to do 1 hour of express or react that's a win for me. my job is remote which probably helps cutting down the burden. I also diet control, some nootropics/supplements, meditation, consistent sleep. all of that helps. Also seeing homeless on the street and seeing Indians slums once a year. help me stay motivated on the grind.
