Finally recieved the 9" stainless steel pan and the cast iron skillet. what is disappointing is that the cast iron skillet is a lot bigger than I expected, I thought it would be much smaller but it's 12" and too big I sadly doubt that I can cook anything with it (e.g. 250 grams or smaller steaks) which makes it a total waste of money.

conclusion: Don't listen to anyone who tells you that 10 or 9 inch is small for a pan they're just fucking retarded and they will make you waste your money. the main point of a cast iron pan is fast heat transfer, when you buy a gigantic one you're slowing that down you dumb fucking nigger.

What I won't be able to cook in this pan:

steak
vegetables and sides
anything that requires little amounts of oil or small quantities of food
literally anything else

what I can cook in this pan:
large batches of mince meat
use it instead of a cast iron tray to bake meat

and that's fucking it. what a way to waste your money. "muh larger surface area is better" I wish I can behead all those reddit cucks

I love the anger over this. Man takes his cooking seriously. Use it to clobber cunts to death with. Seek reparations for this injustice.

back when I played surviv.io the pan was this OP gimmick that deflected bullets and one-shot oppenents, stupid shit tbh.

this stainless steel pan is so op. thankfully it's 9"

I can cook literally anything with that pan. currently using it to cook tomatoes and sausage.
stainless steel pans are lifefuel

I will club all the heads of these soycuck reddit bbc loving soyniggers who commented buy 12 inch or don't with this gigantic pan that weighs 4 kilos then rip their anus with this pan one by one :reeeeee:

They do make cast iron in various size...

I have three size. With lids... It was hard to find lids! I used thrift store lids after measured the needy

A Tiny one, cooks two or 3 egg and they are round! Easy over egges are nice and round!

A medium one makes a single grilled cheese good.

The 12" largest one for cooking a hole pound of buger or loose sausage at a time for later use. Or liver and onions... Or pancakes...

I like them very excitement

It's great for frying foods that shrink. Like bacon or assperigus

For me the main point of cast iron is their non toxic + non stick goodness

Most of my stainless steel pan stuff is medium sized to huge sized...

yeah my nigga 12" was so overkill but those internet niggas made me change my mind those niggers were talking about the perfect size for cooking steaks and irl 12 inch isn't the perfect size but they said so and I felt tricked :reeeeee:
gotta wait 4 months more for the 10.25" one

You can't cook tomatoes or anything with lemon juice on cast iron too
which is why you need a stainless steel pan to back you up with the cast iron

Semi true. You can, but it's not a good idea. But why would you anyway?

Luckily I sold it already :dab:
problem is that it will take me to wait another 4 months before the 10.25" one reaches my home
Why so long a weight? That's crazy! No local stores have them??.

Nice pans. I have a big pan with non sticking surface. Its my favorite. I can make potatoes and entire chicken with very little oil.

because what else you got to put on your food brother?
almost the entirety of of human food toppings are slightly acidic.
citrus, vinegar, fruity sauces even dairy happens to be acidic, etc all of them would probably do damage to a cast iron pan, esp a new/lightly used one.

I was planning to keep it reserved for steak, burgers and veggies.
Butttt tbf I think it would easily mog the ss pan in frying meat and veggies which is why I'm still in need to order a 10.25" one

Because I'm a sandnigga
shipping by sea to my 3rd world shithole would take 4-5 months but is cheap :feelsaww:

shipping a cast iron pan by air would cost me 5x the price in taxes due to it's heavy ass weight :feels:

I will be looking for a way to ship it by air for cheapz and fastz tomorrow though, I also bought avocado oil which I will keep it only for seasoning purposes as it's the most flavor neutral oil that can be considered chemically safe at the same time, it also has a higher ability to take beatings at higher temps than tallow and ghee which makes it perfect for my lazy LDAR ass set-and-forget type shit :feelscomfy:

what matters for now is my rage at it being overly large and unusable is gone now that I sold it for it's cost and will order another one that's smaller, I feel relieved :feelscomfy:

I made a rotisserie chicken using my standalone gas stove oven's rotisserie setup past week, it takes time to clean all the nooks and crannies of the skewer but the result really worths that effort :feelsaww:

also nice seeing your chicken getting spun in the oven, bitch is impaled :feelsthink:

Nice. I prefer chicken in a pan vs the oven. In the oven you can't caramelize without getting rubbery texture.
