Theories recapped if you are not going to watch the video.
1. All humans from the real world are giants who reach heights around 6ft, even children like Henry and foids like Natalie would be over 6ft because each block in the game is 1m tall, and the humans reach above 2 blocks of height.
2. The zombies and skeletons are humans from the real world, and ancestors of Steve somehow, and they somehow got their heads reshaped into cubes, and when they died they turned into the zombies and skeletons of the game.
3. The blue cube is the orb of guide and interaction which has a code to get into Minecraft from the real world. Steve and Henry are the ones who possess this block for some reason, and that would allow them to do certain things that are impossible to do in Minecraft without modding it, so they'd basically be modders, and this blue cube could be the thing that teaches the humans how to build in Minecraft.

I personally, think that the movie will go something like this:
The movie starts with Steve as child trying to get in the mines as we could see in the second trailer, and once he's an adult who can go into the mines, he goes there and finds th blue cube which takes him into Minecraft. After this scene, we will see the opening credits of the movie.
After the opening credits, we'll see the scenes of Henry and Natalie living their life somehow. I read somewhere that Henry and Natalie's parents died on a car accident, since it's a movie with an audience of children, I don't think will get to see the scene of how Henry and Natalie's parents die. Natalie will be taking care of her brother Henry, and they will move somewhere near with their uncle Garrett Garrison who has a videogame shop. Apparently, Dawn, the fat nigger foid that appears on the movie works on something about home agencies, so she'll help Henry and Natalie who are now orphans.
We'll probably get to see minutes of scenes about Henry and Natalie in school, and Henry seems to be autistic and draw in class instead of paying attention as shown in one trailer. The old white foid played by Jeniffer Coolidge, whose apparent name is Marlene, is the vice principal of Henry's Middle School. My theory is that Henry is in a new school, and the vice principal is helping him on his first day. Henry's uncle Garrett picks him up, and takes him to his videogame shop.
At the videogame shop, Henry is curious about everything his uncle Garrett has, and for some reason the blue cube is on Garrett's store. There was a note there that said not to combine the orb and the crystal, but Henry and Garrett do ignoring the note, and they are transported to Minecraft. I don't know how it will go, but I think Dawn and Natalie will be near them, and they will also be transported to the Minecraft world somehow.
On their first day in Minecraft,t hey will be shocked to see everything about this, and they will walk around the world doing barely anything. The day passes fast in Minecraft, I think it's 10 minutes of sunlight in the game, so the characters are basically with nothing to survive the night because they didn't do anything during the day. They will be attacked by the mobs and they will all run like crazy. For some reason, I can see Garret gets separated from the others, and Natalie, Dawn, and Henry go on their own way hiding from the mobs. As we can see in one of the leaked scenes, Henry learns how to break and place blocks while on the middle of the night while they are trying to escape from the monsters. The foids don't know how to build yet, and they stay standing while Henry builds a house around them, but in this same scene, it can be seen that Henry dropped the blue cube, so now they have lost it, and they cannot escape from Minecraft now, and they also went too far away from the portal to the real world.
Now, as the night is coming to an end, a lot of zombies are trying to attack the humans. Garrett will find the others somehow, and somehow Steve will find the humans and help them to beat the zombies. When the sunlight comes again, Steve kills a few more zombies that get burned because of the Sun, and that's when the characters finally get to know Steve personally.
Steve then takes the humans to Midport Village, and there they learn everything about villagers, they go exploring the many places Steve has built, and Steve takes the humans to his home to teach them how to use the crafting table. During the time on the village, the humans will go around exploring places, and it's probably here that Garrett and Steve will go to woodland mansion to get attacked by illagers. Also that one nitwit villager will somehow find the portal to the real world, and be hit with a car by the foid vice principal Marlene, she will take him to a date, and there will be a cringe scene.
Now back to Minecraft, it seems like we'll see flashbacks of how Steve got in trouble with the piglins of the Nether, and because of his fault, the piglins now want to take over the Minecraft overworld and destroy the creativity. As we could see in one of the trailers, Steve tamed a dog, and his name is apparently Denis. I have a feeling Denis will die after Steve took it with him to the Nether, there's also a song of Jack Black singing emotionally to Denis. If you have a feeling for dogs, you'll probably cry when you get to see something bad happening to Denis.
The piglins will come to the overworld and start destroying everything Steve and the other humans have built. The humans will fight against them using multiple golems, weapons they invent, and a bunch of TNT. And apparently there is the boss of the golems who will fight against Malgosha and General Chungus which are the leaders of the piglins. The main characters will successfully defeat the piglins after an intense fight against Malgosha and Chungus, and they will save the overworld, and be given a hero award by the villagers of Midport Village.
Finally, the Garrett, Henry, Natalie, and Dawn will go back to the real world and say goodbye to Steve. Their lives will continue as normal, and somehow there will be Minecraft mobs in the real world, and humans in the real world will interact with them. I also have a feeling that that nitwit villager will marry the vice principal Marlene in a postcredit scene, and it will be cringe to watch.
There could also be plot twist, that Herobrine appears on the movie because Steve had an evil twin, but that's just me imagining. I hope the post credit scenes show us the Ender Dragon or Herobrine, for a possible sequel where the humans will come back to help Steve on an adventure. We could also get to see Alex in the post-credits like we got to see Tails in the post credits of the first Sonic film.
