If you truly believe you have no chance with any decent looking woman no matter what you do and how well you care for her, I'm here to suggest a few ways to partially fill the void of an emotional connection with other things.
Step 1. Work on nothing but your success.
Become the richest you can be, and indulge in exotic things for the rest of your life. "Money can't buy you happiness" but it can make your (physical) problems go away.
Step 2. Once you've become successful, work on whatever you want to, become a musician, or an artist in your spare time. Now that you are financially set, do whatever you want!
Step 3. Have fun.
Go to places where prostitution is legal, and find the most premium escort you can. Another way to have fun is to go to place that allows drugs to be used recreationally. I suggest Amsterdam, which is located in the Netherlands.
Step 4. Clear your conscience with good deeds.
When you write your will, leave your assets to your closest friends (women who friendzoned you don't count as friends), as well as various charities. Before you write it, sell your business if you own one, so you don't leave loads of people unemployed (I'm assuming you don't have an heir)
The final part of this guide is going to a priest and confessing your sins, like fucking the escorts (legally), doing shrooms (legally). Now you're set. If there is a hell, you won't be going to it!

Investing time in an art is useful I think, I play classical guitar pretty well, but I've only ever had compliments from guys for my playing, it's like girls don't want to compliment me because I am supposed to be the one complimenting them not the other way around.

I didn't suggest trying to woo women with your talents, but improving your own opinion of yourself with the things you create. If you are good at guitar but haven't given up on women, use your skill to impress them, go for the hyper romantic approach, provided you are average height and decent looking.

fill the void with:

PC games
prostitutes
and some kind of eastern spirituality
