Sounds to me that getting implants is a better deal. Fillers are more of a temporary thing to just “try out” the look that implants or fat grafts would give you.

I feel like fillers are better if you only need to make small adjustments to something that's overwise good. You don't want an implant if you have a minor asymmetry or spot that's not as filled in. Fillers are also a good temporary solution to see if you'd want to make it permanent.

Of course the lighting is better, but lighting doesn't change your bone structure completely. I've seen him in less ideal lighting, still looks good.

Wider and taller jaw, more symmetrical chin, more filled in cheekbones, all from fillers, and lower body fat.

Ffs...Canthopexy is to tighten the lower lid and get it elevated from it’s current position. What fillers have to do with that?

Fuck I need this for my eyes. I'm not THAT far away from having hooded eyes...it's not like I have more upper lid exposure than this guy before. Need to fat graft to make em permanent tho- I mean ffs hooded eyes improve everyone. No need to worry about the look not being good.

Are the fat grafts permanent? I was under the impression they were?
Also I can’t find “fat grafts for hooded eyes” on realself so I have no idea where to get them in the UK

I guess it's theoretically possible to lose them with fat loss, not sure. It should be fairly permanent. It's probably called something else than "fat grafts."

Fillers look awesome. Properly (ie expensively) done. It's how Tom Cruise and Jared Leto defeat the ageing process and maintain the gigachad life.
