Cope Fight Club is a great incel film, which pre-empted the incel condition.

I recommend going back and watching it, if you haven't. It dropped 26 years ago, but is as relevant today as it was then. It was the Joker of its generation. But it's a better film than Joker. It stars a gigachad, but there's a point to that.

When it came out, it caused a much bigger stir than Joker did. It was labelled dangerous and people thought it would lead to some weird form of male terrorism.

still one of my favorite movies.
agree that it has some incel related themes even if he's not an incel
like rage at society and mental illness

chad worship movie but it does have some good ideas for our current culture

It's a great movie with some incel themes, even though it doesn't apply to our situation because of the financial situation Tyler Durden was in. He had a job and okay money while many incels are NEETs or in dead end jobs.

Agreed. It's a better movie than joker. The story covers a few ideas that were floating around within my own head before I watched it. Primarily, how modern society is hell for men because it prevents us from satisfying our instincts and instead forces us into repetitive monotonous jobs.

Which is part of the reason so many men are more interested in video games than actually engaging in modern life and society. Video games actually pander to our instincts. They allow us to satisfy our urges more than whatever boring estrogenic social activity socycety is encouraging ever could.

Yeah, because people actually got paid in the '90s, and could afford homes.

is it really incel in nature? i enjoyed Joker because it was genuine incel. Taxi Driver is also incel, but it engages in usual female worship. Joker is great because it never engages in female worship -- in fact Joker even kills 2 innocent negro foids who help him!

I have an opinion about Fight Club. In the movie we can clearly see a loser and a winner, the main character is the loser and his new friend is the winner, plus the friend is especially attractive and has no problem getting laid compared to the main character who is lonely and uglier.

What's dumb is how the movie tries to show you that changing your personality from a loser to literally being Brad Pitt is something possible, which is a lie. That bitch would never have fucked the main character and no one would have paid any attention to him.

It isn't really about females much at all. Despite their being a love interest.

His "new friend" is the idealised version of himself. It's a manifestation of his insecurities, all the media and consumerist propaganda which is spewed at him from every direction for 30 years, instilling in him the man he's supposed to be. Scenes like this are supposed to be laced with irony and contradiction:

Not now, in the '90s, maybe. Ed Norton isn't ugly either. He's tall, my sister said she found him cute once.

True. It's a shame we can't fulfil our most basic and essential instincts: having sex with females.

It's a chad worship movie, on the face of it. But
when you realise the central gigachad is the narrator's imaginary vision of what he wishes he could be, and the second gigachad, he resentfully beats to a pulp, not so much.

I liked that film.

Fightclub was solid, although a bit ridiculous. I consider it much more redpill aligned. Especially with that goofy ending. It's a Hollywood movie targeted at the broader audience after all. Still aged incredibly well. It could have come out 10 years prior, 10 years later, it would be unchanged.

I love this film so much. However I have to admit that it is more redpill than blackpill.

It’s a good movie but the main guy literally gets laid so kek no it’s not an incel movie

Good movie and based movie, one of the best tbh

But it's not really related to inceldom

I don't like the ending at all. It isn't really an ending, it's a nothing. The kind of bland, Hollywood crap ending you come up with if you can't think of anything which fits the themes of the film or ties anything together, or provides any kind of resolution.

Only because he's channelling the gigachad his disturbed mind has created, and it's the '90s. Central male characters get a girl in almost every single film and TV show, no matter how much of a loser they're supposed to be. Travis Bickle, George Costanza. Just how it is. It's why Joker was so unique and subversive.

Ultimately, yes. Because of the ending. And because it took place in the '90s, when men could still find a girl and social media and feminism hadn't corrupted soyciety yet.

idk my black ass nigga
Nigga, why are you quoting yourself?

The film is supposed to be paradoxical. The gigachad who preaches against consumerism embodies consumerism, because he's the embodiment of everything the main character unconsciously wants to be-- that's why he created him.

I wont watch a movie where a Chad is supposed to portray an incel

There is a sex scene in it

Not interested in action movies

bc I already typed what I think of this normie ass pseudointellectual redpillgoy movie

how does that make any fucking sense?

Well, you need an IQ over 85 to understand it.
classic. make a dogshit post then call the other a retard as a defense :feelskek: :feelsYall:

newsflash lilbro, you're a goy

>nahh bro you don't get it it's sooo fucking deep :smonk::smonk:

I explained it to you, "lilbro", it's not hard to understand.

It's a great movie, but calling it an incel movie is a stretch. Edward Norton's character is a bluepill normie. He has a good paying office job, lives in a nice apartment, has Ikea furniture etc. There's nothing in the movie to suggest he's an incel, and he gets a girlfriend right off the bat.

'90s incels had all that. All that's changed is conditions. Fight Club was a warning which men didn't heed.

nahh it's pretty hard to understand as it makes zero fucking sense :feelshaha: :feelsYall: but keep talking shit instead of elaborating on your poorly thought out take, that'll show em :society:

I would consider this movie legendary without those botched last 15 minutes. Of course he had to get the girl. Of course there had to be an upbeat jingle as they're watching the fireworks together. What was the point?

A bittersweet ending would have been so much better. Tyler sitting there, still ugly, alone, a loser. Chuckling to himself, because he tried his best even if it wasn't enough. Camera slowly panning out. That's why I love Drive although it was corny as fuck. They had the balls to make an actually fitting ending. No girl, no fame.

I was talking about the stupidity of him shooting himself but surviving. Just randomness. But yeah, the ending overall is very Hollywood. I didn't even care for the "twist" (even though it makes the film less chad-worshipy).
