Even downright terrible women in most fiction are still represented as interesting, compelling characters. A lot of times, it's not even the intent of the creator to bluepill young men. They simply write women the way they want them to act and look. In the vain hope, perhaps, that it will make women IRL try to copy their role models.
And in some respect, it works. But mostly, it doesn't.
It instead results in a plethora of young men thinking that women are these mysterious, amazing creatures who need to be handled gently and with respect. All of them.
And the women, rather than trying to improve themselves physically and mentally to embody the man's ideal version of them, launch campaigns and rants decrying "sexism in media" and try to censor the fictional competition so men eventually feel satisfied with their dumpy asses and don't look towards the horizon. However, it's okay for them to look towards the horizon.
