Fetuses: Normie's inconsistency

I see it all the time - a pregnant woman gets murdered and pro-abortion Normies start demanding two counts of murder be charged against the assailant.

Well, which is it? If a man killing a fetus is murder, the taking of a life, then a woman getting an abortion is the same. If a woman getting an abortion is not murder, then neither is a man killing a fetus.

It does not feed into anti-abortion narratives for anyone with half a brain. There's a big difference between ending the life of a fetus through an abortion with the mother's consent, and killing her unborn child against her consent. One is the person whose body the fetus is inside of making a decision about her body, the other is taking away that baby inside her body without her consent, and killing it. There's no real reason abortion laws wouldn't be able to exist simultaneously with fetal murder laws. It's just unnecessary quibbling over definitions.
