This is absurdly lenient. You can't tell me that a man, even a wealthy Chad, would get just 90 days of jail for producing CP. There is simply no example of a man receiving such a lenient sentence after pleading guilty to the exact same conduct.
At the federal level, the mandatory minimum for producing child pornography is 15 years' imprisonment: 60 times longer than what this femoid got on state charges. I know comparisons between state and federal charges aren't necessarily straightforward, but jesus, that kind of disparity is pretty fucking amazing.
