A Texas teenager, who ran into a church half-naked claiming that she was gang raped by three black men, has been indicted on felony charges after admitting it was all a hoax

Two weeks after the incident, the teen admitted to police that she lied about the attacks and that her injuries were self-inflicted.

She was indicted on felony charges earlier this week, after being initially hit with a misdemeanor in March. Each of the charges carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 years and a maximum fine of $10,000,
