It's completely insufferable; they disregard the meaning of the terms they use or the concepts they engage with in malicious insouciance — their sole concern is how they can make everything about themselves. To place themselves at the center and spread like a cancer is within their natural inclinations; they feed off attention and leave ruin in their wake like disgusting parasites.
This only goes to show how parasitic their nature truly is; they do not create, transform, or lead novel change. Instead, they insert themselves into communities, concepts, and circles — depleting everything in their path without a single concern for replenishing what they took, and once finished, they move on to their next unfortunate victim.
