Theory Female workers are just neets who dont actually do anything except for pushing papers
Repeal affirmative action and quickly nobody would hire women the companies that did would be far less competitive and die on that hill.

A long time ago, I used to work.
I mostly did security jobs.
There is no one more useless than a foid security guard.
If a fight breaks out, she will stand there and do nothing, leaving the male security guys to fight it out on their own.
If someone looks scary, she will call a male to deal with the scary person, while she stands 15 feet behind the male security.
When it is time to do a patrol of the property, she never volunteers and always has some stupid reason why she can’t get off her ass at that time.
Essentially, foid security guards are token workers.
They don’t actually do a damn thing.
