I think at this point we all know that women are attracted to violent men, which often leads to them being impregnated by one leading to a future generation being filled with the offspring of criminals which is over 10x more likely to commit violent crime compared to a "normal" person.
This could potentially lead human development to slow down, stall if not regress completely due to the chaotic nature of people predisposed to violent crime.
Abstract: We can already observe similar things happening in Black/African communities, where crime is equated with status and men that do not commit crime are usually low status (There is a reason why all of the blackcels seen on this site are calm and responsible, focusing on their future etc. which is the complete opposite of the people in their communities that can attain intimacy easily who act chaotically with no regard for the consequences or their future) Female sexuality IS the main motivator for men and their behaviour/aspirations, there is a reason why we are told that when we become successful, women will come chasing after us. This often leads black males who do not carry the criminal gene (To clarify, the criminal gene exists in all races, and isn't limited to people of african descent) are forced to fall in line if they want to attain relationships and participate in behaviour similar to that of males that carry the "criminal" gene which leads the entire community to be associated with violent crime. This will soon carry through to other communities including the white community unless we de-masculinise crime in all communities.
Solution: In order to de-masculinise crime we need to strip it of it's sex appeal. This could be done through castration/penile amputation dependant on the severity of the violent crime committed (women cannot have sex with something that doesn't have a penis). This would also lead to violent criminals becoming societal examples of the consequences of crime, and in the case of penile amputation would become ridiculed and de-masculinied similarly to men with micro-penises. It would discourage future generations from committing crime because that would decrease their social status and lead to them getting ridiculed.
In the case the genetic criminal has children before his penis is amputated, the children will be observed for signs of violent behaviour and if their behaviour is violent and continues through to their adolescence, they will become sterilised/castrated to ensure their genetics won't continue to spread through society, If they actually commit violent crime they would also become subject to penile amputation. There will have to be some level of lenience for this to be effective as to eliminate the wrongful penile amputation of people that have no history of violent crime that have had a lapse in judgement and committed what could be considered a "one-off" or mistake.
