Female Colleague spreading Rumors about me at work for no reason, what should I do?

A Female Colleague at Work has started spreading Rumors about me for no reason. I barley ever even see her during the day, only in passing and at Break. I have only ever exchanged Pleasantries with her, Hey, Bye and How are you? That sort of thing. But for some reason she started telling other Colleagues of ours that she thinks that I am Creepy and that I Scare her.
In this day and age with the Modern Progressive Women's movement I am afraid she will end up Falsely Accusing me of something. Should I just leave my Job?

Side Note: It's a Good Paying Job that I Love.

Maybe you should try and preempt any accusations by pointing it out to management and making sure they watch security cameras and shit like a hawk? But if the management are foids it might not help.

Report the experience you had with HR. Provide as much factual support as you can and ideally be able to bring witnesses to corroborate your account. Your company should have guidelines and rules concerning professional workplace conduct and the behavior you referenced above would likely be violative of such rules.

I feel as if this only works for pretentious, churlish normies; if you or I tried to do the same our criticisms may be used against us.

Maybe, though I've worked as a manager before and routinely had to sit in on HR sessions which were meant to document these sorts of complaints and I know that HR therefore has to take everything seriously, regardless of who is making the allegations. But yes, as a general sort of rule, women and normies are given greater consideration and their claims ascribed more probative weight as when contrasted with the sort of incredulity that might be directed towards you or I or any fellow brocel for that matter.

Oh man, I'm going to have to post another thread explaining all of this to the many comrades who have been asking me about that every time I appear in these forums. I'm currently up for a tenured teaching position at the university that I work for and the review process is exceptionally rigorous. I have a two hour interview and teaching demonstration later this week which I've been spending much of my time preparing for. I will hopefully have time in November to figure out some viable avenues for creating a virtual recruitment and communications network for interested comrades to partake of. I'm still leaning towards either Discord or Facebook as I have no idea what alternatives there may be.

That's not even a coherent statement and is in no way responsive to anything that I stated above. Yes, I am a university instructor (not professor, as I haven't acquired tenure yet). I have always stated this throughout the history of my posts on these forums and never let anyone believe otherwise. How does being an educator qualify me as Chad? Consider Stephen Hawkins who was one of the most formidable minds in academia and more particularly, physics for decades yet who was also confined to a motorized wheelchair due to his severe ALS. You wouldn't suggest he was chad material solely by virtue of his academic credentials or the gravitas and prestige which his endowed faculty chair at Cambridge would have conferred. So it is equally preposterous to make any such insinuations about me.

Call her out on it, start gathering evidence of every conversation you have from now, do this so that in case she wants to screw your life over you have proof that you did nothing wrong.
