Women like to complain on this issue but in reality the only thing you need to be considered attractive is be below 30% body fat
Now on the other hand for a regular mans body to be considered attractive it has to be chiseled by working out consistently in gym for years, he has to have great genetics, frame, insertions, aesthetics, sleep, testosterone levels and he has to starve himself while tracking calories and macros so he can be 10% body fat (which is also a level for facial standards unlike with women who can just fraud with makeup) all around year for his muscles to be visible.
Yet that is even still not enough cause same woman that complains about unrealistic body standard will just see a Hollywood actor that blasted steroids for half a year and she will think that he looks so much better and that he put more work than the regular man. All of that for your body to be remotely considered as attractive and yet you never see men complaining about unrealistic body standards over and over.
