i've felt these sensations regularly since childhood, it just appears and then goes away after a bit.

Are you sure you aren't doing too much allergy medications
currently i take no medication at all
Gonna have schizophrenia in the future maybe
i have quite a few warning signs for it. I will keep myself away from drugs to be safer. I'm scared of my future
Yeah, don't ever do any psychedelics, weed or similar. I'm not into a better position either as everyone old in my family got schizo past 80
