For the loneliness and sadness to stop, you need to start looking at them in a positive light. Stop equating being alone with misery. I know it's extremely hard to do that since we're biologically wired to be around other humans, but if you need to minimise your suffering you have to stop desiring. It's next level cope; I know. But what other option do you have? You either get comfortable with your loneliness or it drives you to insanity. You know you're going to be in that state for probably the rest of your life, and from the looks of it, things can only get worse as women are becoming nastier and nastier by the minute.
Look into eastern philosophies. Taoism, Stoicism, or Buddhism might all come across like useless normie philosophies at first, but they aren't. I felt that way about them for a long time until I gave them a chance. You have to find solace and comfort in your loneliness. Befriend it, get used to it -- because loneliness is all you're ever going to have as a sub5 male. Remember this: unfulfilled desires = suffering.
The Unabomber lived in the woods, all alone with no one to even talk to. And he was happy about it! He was comfortable with the loneliness. He conditioned himself to be that way. So it's possible -- tough, you might get a little nutty along the way. But that's a price you have to pay to attain serenity. There's no happy way, and I'm sure as hell there's no way out of this abyss. Therefore, all you can do is embrace nihilism and become an Übermensch.
I know this sounds quite bleak and hopeless, but I have no joyful advice.
