Apparently this was a Public Spaces Protection Order offence, which includes no drinking, drugs or feeding animal/ vermin in that particular area.

Foid was warned to stop feeding the birds but kept doing it anyway.

I think whatever council runs that place is just desperate for extra money, hence fines for petty shit like that.

This miserable island can't burn to the ground soon enough.
